What to Expect During Your CoolSculpting Treatment

Your CoolSculpting session is straightforward, quick, and comfortable. For most treatment areas, you can simply lie back and relax through the cooling cycle. Once your CoolSculpting specialist has you settled into a comfortable position, they position the right applicator over the treatment area.
As the machine starts and sends controlled cooling through the applicator, you may notice an intense cold along with a light suction. This fat-freezing technology breaks down exercise-resistant fat without damaging the surrounding skin or tissue, and the frozen fat cells die off quickly.
Sessions run about 35 to 40 minutes, depending on how many areas you’re treating and the equipment needed to reach your goals. Once the cooling cycle ends, your technician will briefly massage the treated area to help encourage the process along.
