About the Role
We are seeking a Front Desk / Lead Conversion Expert who excels at turning inbound leads into booked appointments and paying clients. This is not a traditional receptionist position. You are the first impression of our business and a key driver of revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls, texts, emails, and online leads promptly and professionally
Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments and closed sales
Follow up with warm and cold leads to maximize conversion rates
Qualify leads, overcome objections, and explain services clearly
Manage scheduling and calendars efficiently to minimize gaps
Maintain accurate notes and lead status in CRM/software systems
Provide exceptional customer service from first contact to check-in
Support daily front desk operations and client flow
Meet or exceed conversion, booking, and revenue targets
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, call center, or front desk sales roles
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Ability to confidently close appointments and upsell when appropriate
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with CRM systems, scheduling software, and multi-line phones
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Results-driven mindset with accountability for performance
Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience in medical sap
Knowledge of appointment-based sales environments
Prior experience hitting KPIs or sales goals
