We are growing rapidly and seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about aesthetics, client results, and converting consultations into long-term treatment plans.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for an esthetician who is both skilled clinically and confident in sales. You will provide high-quality treatments while educating clients, recommending services, and helping drive revenue through memberships, packages, and add-ons.
This is not a “just do the treatment” position — we are looking for a professional who understands that results + education + conversion = success.
Responsibilities

Perform professional esthetic treatments (facials, chemical peels, microneedling, etc., based on licensure)

Conduct thorough skin consultations and build customized treatment plans

Educate clients on services, products, and post-treatment care

Confidently recommend packages, memberships, and ongoing treatments

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment

Document treatments and client notes accurately

Collaborate with front desk and providers to ensure seamless client experience

Meet or exceed individual sales and rebooking goals

Stay current on new treatments, protocols, and industry trends
Required Qualifications

Active Colorado Esthetician License (required)

Strong knowledge of skin care treatments and protocols

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence discussing pricing, packages, and treatment plans

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred (But Not Required)

Experience in a med spa or medical aesthetics environment

Experience with advanced treatments (microneedling, peels, lasers, body contouring)

Retail or service sales experience

Comfort working toward KPIs and monthly goals
